Modular Approach to Therapy for Children (MATCH)
.
Course Structure:
This course consists of four online learning modules that include instructional videos and progress questions. The learning modules are followed by a posttest and course evaluation. A link to the MATCH protocol demonstration site and links to sample resources are also included with the course. A continuing education certificate is available for download after successful completion of the course.
Learning Objectives:
Explain what MATCH is and how it differs from typical evidence-based protocols.
Understanding options for accessing MATCH in print and online, and practice navigating the resources online.
Access and navigate the interactive mode of MATCH online.
Explain the design and rationale for MATCH, including advantages to using a modular system for clinical care.
Identify features of the MATCH resources, including the different parts of the therapy modules and flowcharts, as well as the types of supplemental materials available.
Explain use of the MATCH Therapist Portfolio as a resource for tracking MATCH learning as well as a way to select learning goals.
Apply MATCH effectively to provide improved services to youth and their families.
Address comorbidity and interference using the MATCH flowcharts, and flexible pacing and ordering of modules.
