Connect-Cultivate-Consolidate (full course)

PracticeWise, LLC, is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. PracticeWise, LLC, maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

This course is designed to help you recognize, understand, and apply Connect-Cultivate-Consolidate.

Course Structure:
This course consists of four online learning modules that include instructional videos and progress questions. The learning modules are followed by a posttest and course evaluation. The Treatment Planner Process Guide for Connect-Cultivate-Consolidate is also included with the course. A continuing education certificate is available for download after successful completion of the course.

Learning Objectives:

• Identify the Connect-Cultivate-Consolidate progression as a model that organizes a purposeful change effort into three phases.​
• Explain the three phases and activities that commonly fall under each one.
• Describe the multiple theories that contributed to the development of the progression.
• Show how the Connect-Cultivate-Consolidate progression can be used by individual providers, supervisors, and system administrators.
