MAP Quick Start Guide (full course)

This course is designed to help you learn to recognize, understand, and apply the MAP Quick Start Guide.

Course Structure:
This course consists of three online learning modules that include instructional videos and progress questions. The learning modules are followed by a posttest and course evaluation. The MAP Quick Start Guide resource is also included with the course. A continuing education certificate is available for download after successful completion of the course.

Learning Objectives:

1. Identify key provider activities for beginning a treatment case with Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP).
2. Describe the rationale for use of the MAP Quick Start Guide by new MAP learners as they begin moving through service delivery with cases. 
3. Describe specific examples of how persons in various roles can use the MAP Quick Start Guide to enhance service delivery.
4. Examine the way a provider can apply all steps of the MAP Quick Start Guide to initiate service for a new treatment case.
5. Use the MAP Quick Start Guide to identify resources needed to get started with a new treatment case without relying solely on the Quick Start Guide or failing to consider other MAP resources.
