Cultural Values: Know Who Owns It
Every update, we like to highlight one of our core cultural values. This Fall, we are featuring: Know Who Owns It
"Three simple short words – who…..owns…..it. There is huge power in those nine letters when they are strung together and taken as a mandate to always ask the question. Responsible ownership prevents balls from dropping, it shrinks or prevents the cracks that details can often fall into, it empowers each of us to seize the moment and to be accountable to ourselves, our team, our company, and our partners and the people whom they serve. We will take responsibility, individually and as a team for knowing who owns it."
